CPAC believes that President Trump's tactic of conditioning increases in funding for the U.S.' European allies on the choice of other countries to contribute their fair share to the cause at hand is an acceptable strategy moving forward, and supports this amendment as a means of pushing NATO members to contribute more to Ukraine's cause.
